Whole-Time Director at Ampfin Capital and the co-founder of the Vidyut Group, with experience spanning leading technology and logistics businesses. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, he has worked at Flipkart, Rivigo, and Swiggy, where he managed and led multiple category P&Ls. Before that, he founded and served as CEO of Parcelled, a pan-India door-to-door logistics company. His background combines operational depth with a strong understanding of technology-led business models, and he now applies this experience to building and scaling Ampfin's financial and mobility platform.
Whole-Time Director at Ampfin and the Co-Founder of the Vidyut Group, with extensive experience across consulting, mobility, and energy sectors. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, he spent nearly seven years at the Boston Consulting Group, rising to the level of Principal. At BCG, he worked across financial services, automotive, renewables, non-renewables, cement and steel, and electric mobility, advising leading corporates and investors on strategy and transformation. He later joined Bounce, a two-wheeler ride-sharing startup, where he led the electric vehicle vertical and built a fleet of over 3,000 vehicles.
Whole-Time Director at Ampfin Capital and comes with over 40 years of experience in the Financial Services sector. Mr. Verma spent over 10 years in Central Bank of India syndicating loans before moving to Deutsche Bank, where he retired after 30 years of service. Rajendra held multiple leadership roles in Deutsche Bank including Heading Loan Operations, Private Wealth Management and then as CEO of the International Banking Unit (which he also set up).
